This was really fine. The cut was good. My only qualms are details. I was charged more than I reserved for, because they felt I had 'long hair' (it hardly reaches my shoulders). That made it quite expensive. And also on the topic of unpleasant surprises at checkout: I was offered a drink when entering, but it wasn't clear whether that was complementary or not. At such a pricey place I think it's good etiquette to be clear about that, to avoid unpleasant surprises.
