I have been a client of Raquel for a few years and would like to highlight her high professionalism and attention to detail. However, my last balayage experience was quite frustrating as partially she allocated work to her assistant who is not at the same level as she is (the booking was specifically for Raquel and it is reflected in quite steep price, to my shock the whole experience of full head balayage and a haircut on long hair was almost 500 EUR!) for that price I would expect the result!
