Hallo - thanks for your service. I received a treatment the other day and it was fine, but the service took very long. There were long pauses where I was waiting and no one explained how long I would be waiting for. A service that usually takes 2 hours took 3 hours and a half. Furthermore, I asked for an ashy color and now I have a very strong pink/red color in my hair. The blowdry was rushed and I had to go home and straighten it again.
