Booked 'Ansatz farben, waschen und föhnen' with Judith, which was on promotion for 45 Euros. My hair was dyed really well. During the blow drying she started telling me actually blow drying was not included. I found it strange as the package I booked said 'Föhnen'. After a very lousy blow dry for 5-10 minutes (and I have long hair), she tried to charge me an extra 15 euros for it. I refused to pay the extra 15 Euros and told her I booked something including 'Föhnen'. In return she was very unpleasant and put me in a strange situation in front of her colleagues and other customers in the salon. My german is not so good but I think I know the difference between 'Föhnen' and just drying. I just wanted to pay for the service I booked. I will never book an appointment with her again.
