My husband and I went for the couples massage and were both very happy. The room had a lovely ambience and the beds were heated. The messeuses were chatting with each other but stopped when asked. They asked about and then worked on our problem areas

Es war mein drittes Mal hier und ich bin jedes Mal zufrieden und komplett entspannt. Die Massage setzt genau an den Punkten an, die weh tun oder verspannt sind. Ich kann jederzeit Bescheid geben ob die Intensität in Ordnung ist. Für mich ist es eine großartige Erfahrung.

booked and prepaid a 90-minute full body anti-stress massagefor €139. On arrival there was confusion about my confirmed 14:30 appointment time. I was taken into a room already occupied by another client, separated only by a curtain. The therapist was changed mid-session without explanation. Despite booking a full body massage, the treatment focused almost entirely on my shoulders, even after I clearly communicated this. The service provided did not match the treatment booked or paid for.
