I booked for 18:30, but the app changed it to 19:10 without explanation, and no one informed me while I waited. Staff didn’t greet or communicate with clients, making the experience feel cold and awkward. No one asked if I liked the work until payment. The process felt rushed, tools weren’t sanitized, and my natural nails were filed so thin that the UV dryer caused pain. No nail prep was done to prevent infection. Disappointing overall.

The staff is friendly but manicure is not super good. The cover was super thin that it wouldn’t even last a day. Nails were filled very thin that it hurt and I had to remove it immediately. Also using just a spray for sterilisation is not enough
