The manicure was pretty good, but before you leave they ask you to buy the nail file and buffer for €4. Because of “corona”. Please quote one scientist claiming that corona transfer via nails. 1. It’s completely unethical to tell your clients after the service leaving them a choice. Say before, not press client against the wall after the fact. 2. This manicure with Esse regular nail polish does not cost €30, and you charge people €4 for nail file on top of that. If I am willing to pay for overpriced manicure not in a luxury, bit just normal salon it’s a rip off. 3. That should be stated in service booking because it’s a €34 manicure not €30. Or tell clients to bring their own because of “corona reasons”.
