The technician was lovely, but I had two issues. First, the nails came out crooked with no apex built in. Second, I was charged an extra €5 for the colour, even though I’d chosen the “natur” option. It’s not a big amount, but it left a bad impression. Next day update: I’m going to a different salon to redo them. They hurt whole night 😢
