I booked my appointment online. Unfortunately, on the day the lady to whom I booked was sick. However, nobody called me to notify. So I had to wait in the salon for another hairdresser. The hairdresser who started washing my hair then left for 5 minutes to take payment from another customer leaving me siting with wet hair. Cutting hair took around 5 minutes, and was not done very even (plus the instruments were not even washed after previous person!). At the payment the hairdresser first said that it costed 25 euro, however, the other corrected him for 28 euro as I pre-booked online.

Ich war nun zum 4. Mal zum Schneiden und Ansatzfärben und bin sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut finde ich, dass man nichts aufgeschwatzt bekommt und sich dennoch voll auf die Kompetenz des Friseurs/der Friseurin verlassen kann - ist immer super! Ich schätze auch die wahnsinnige Mühe, die sie sich geben bei allem, auch beim Föhnen, jedes Detail stimmt :-)
