Ich hatte den Termin um 10 Uhr und war um 14 Uhr fertig. Um 11:45 Uhr durfte ich Platz nehmen. Zwischendurch musste ich immer wieder warten und es erfolgte ständig ein Mitarbeiter Wechsel. Sehr nervig. Pediküre hätte etwas sauberer sein können aber ansonsten schönes Ergebnis.

I had a manicure, pedicure, and gel polish done here, and my experience was very disappointing. After the pedicure, I had serious pain in one toe, which disappeared only after removing the gel, indicating improper work. I asked for an almond shape, but it was poorly done, with uneven gel. The process took 3 hours and three different staff members. Hygiene was questionable, as drill bits were reused without proper sterilization. On top of this, they marked me as “did not appear” on Treatwell.
