I am very disappointed. I liked this place but I had a very bad experience recently. I had to go there three times in the last three weeks because I had many of my nails broken due to their low quality work. Last time I was there they seemed to be annoyed at me and handled my nail so roughly. He used a dirty file on my nail which ended up breaking my skin (two big red stains from what I could see). That aside, he did such a poor job that now I have a gap between my own nail and the fake nail

Lange Wartezeiten trotz Termin, jedesmal!!!Diesmal kam der Termin nicht einmal an, alle waren bemüht, aber zu meinem Timetable des Tages passte es wieder einmal nicht! Kommunikation? Schwierig! Die Nägel heute ok, mehr nicht. Leider, nicht wieder.
