I've been coming regularly here for Mani-Pedi for the last 1,5 years, and apart from a very few cases when it could have been better, the girls here are doing an amazing job at both Mani and Pedi. They clean the cuticles neatly and the Shellac lasts until the next appointment. The only issue that I have is when they file the nails too much, even when there's no polish on the nail bed. Otherwise I've always been happy with the outcome of the service!
