The whole experience was just fine and okay comparing to the price. Two things (service wise) irritated me: 1- I ask for super short nails and I get: a « no, it doesn’t look nice » back. I mean of course, I get your opinion but when I ask for short nails for the 5th time, it becomes annoying. 2- You can’t ask a customer to pay the tips (like he is obliged to). I paid everything online through this app and the responsible person tells me « well, you still have to pay for the tips ». Anything else was just fine! Comparing to the price, it is satisfactory.
