Had my appt. with Manuel and he didn't know what the hell he was doing to my hair. I wanted a balayage and I didn't leave the salon with that. I told him that I didn't want my hair to be yellow and that's exactly what he gave me, yellow hair. He kept saying it was a "wood" color, but it was straight up yellow even after toning it; and, not only the color was awful, the application was also awful, you can see the line where my hair ends and the yellow starts. Sad I WASTED €100 on this.
