They are not reliable. The service costs 7 euros and they charged me 9 euros. When I complained, they could not provide any explanation because they don‘t speak English or German. I could see many clients who have booked an appointment leaving the place because the provider said they were not available. Also, I was very concerned when I saw that they only clean the instruments with alcohol from the supermarket. That‘s not enough to clean any possible diseases. I don‘t recommend this place.
