Very disappointing experience. The entire appointment felt rushed with little attention to detail. I had an appointment and expected the time and care I was paying for. Instead, the technician hurt one of my fingernails and one of my toes, making it painful to walk. She didn't even properly clean or prep my nails before painting. To make it worse, one Gelac nail peeled off in less than 24 hours. Completely unacceptable.
