Such a lovely appointment with Julia today. Julia is so kind and welcoming, very patient and understanding throughout the appointment. Very helpful and gave great advice on hair care and products! Would absolutely recommend :)

Paolo hat meine Haare gerettet, nachdem sie total verschnitten waren! Jetzt sehen meine Haare nach etwas aus und sind gleichzeitig gesund. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine leckere Limo, die Betreuung durch Paolo war top. Ich würde wieder zu ihm gehen 👍

It 💔 to leave a 👎🏻 review, bcs I never do that, but I came to get a pastel pink bob and left with radiant orange hair and a ruined shirt. While bleaching the hair started fuming and the bleach had to be washed off immediately - explained by aluminum particles supposedly from air pollution … it’s not the first time this happened at the salon though. While this was already upsetting the color instead of the original pastel pink or the later promised amber blond from the palette was radiant 🍊
