I was looking forward to writing a glowing review of Neo Berlin – of the beautiful atmosphere, attention to detail & fantastic team who really impress in friendliness, expertise & professionalism.
Unfortunately, things took a negative turn. When my colour didn't turn out quite as expected, I had a chat with the staff member at reception to find a solution, and was met with such rudeness & hostility. The worst kind of Berlin "service" that made me think twice about returning :-(

Herausragend! Ich hatte zuhause einem 'Farbunfall' und Sie haben möglich gemacht es am selben Tag noch anzuschauen und direkt am nächsten Tag zu beheben. Ich bin so glücklich mit dem Ergebnis und fühle mich in diesem Salon immer rundum wohl! Sowohl auf persönlicher Ebene weil alle Mitarbeitenden super herzlich sind und auf professioneller Ebene weil jedes Mal so viel Mühe und Präzision in Ihrer Arbeit liegt. Absolute Empfehlung
