The employees are nice and friendly but even if i had an appointment done via Treatwell, i waited 10 minutes then i started asking if they will take me or not. They mentioned i need ti wait long even if i had an appointment. When i complained they put my feet in the water (as if pedicure started) in total i waited 30 minutes for the pedicure to start. The massage and spa is very nice for pedicure but the cuticles or ingrown nail is never removed which is something i would expect from pedicure.

all good, the result I liked, it took about 40 min for the toe nails polish with shelack. the lady was very friendly and nice atmosphere
