I had a very disappointing experience here today. Even though I arrived on time for my 10AM appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes before they started my pedicure.Unfortunately, the service itself was also far from satisfactory. During the pedicure, the side of my toenail was cut badly enough that it started bleeding, and it is still bleeding even now. What should normally take around 20–25 minutes ended up taking almost an hour and a half in total. When I got home, my sock was covered in blood!
