I was attended 20 minutes after my booked hour. The personnel was not that welcome. I was charged extra as previously mentioned in the booked service. They did not inform me about the extra charge when removing the nail polish. Pretty unpleasant the guy that asked at the end where I booked the service and when he told me about the extra charge.
