Arrived 10 mins late because there was a demonstration on friedrichstr so I had to go a different route to the salon. They were mopping and closing up as if they were done for the day, even though I had an appointment and paid via treatwell. They were not happy to serve me. I sincerely apologised for the lateness but it was out of my control on this occasion. About 10 mins after I begun my treatment? Another lady came in asking for a manicure and they were totally fine to accept - very odd
