Went in and asked for acrylic removal. She got half way through and was hurting my nail bed by drilling hard and long in the same place. She then told me she didn't have the right drill for acrylic and that I should have gone to the salon I got the nails to have them removed and that it always hurts. I asked why she accepted my appointment if she doesn't have the correct equipment and she silently continued to drill. Left with painful, shredded nails half covered in acrylic and cried.
