I specifically chose this salon because I wanted an English-speaking place, but only one staff member spoke English, making communication very difficult. The salon didn't feel clean or hygienic, and I didn't feel welcomed. The nail shape was not what I requested, the edges were left very sharp, and my cuticles were hurt during the service. The color selection was limited. Overall, I was disappointed with the hygiene, and customer experience.
