As a regular, I’ve always had great experiences here — usually top notch. This time I was seen by a new employee who, while very sweet, clearly lacked the experience for the job. The result was honestly not up to standard: I could have done better myself. I did raise the issue, and to their credit, the manager stepped in and took care of it. That part was handled well. But after spending two hours there, I would have expected a refund, especially as a loyal customer.

Freundlich und gut. Bei der maniküre wird die Nagelhaut nicht entfernt, kann man aber dazu buchen bzw. Ist es ja bei anderen dabei. Es wurde behutsam und sauber gearbeitet, kann ich empfehlen.
