Unsafe service and very poor quality. My appointment with Xu ran 20 minutes late and was squeezed into a rushed 25-minute job. A sharp blade was used carelessly on my foot, cutting the bottom of my heel. Instead of stopping, the technician just smiled and tried to continue scraping directly over the wound until I pulled my foot away. This was not my first visit here, but it is definitely my last. The pedicure quality is not that great, and unnecessary areas were over-scraped with a razor blade.
