Appointment delayed, it felt as if he wanted to do everything quickly. He cut me and kept on doing things in a more that hasty manner.
When I asked questions, had no answers (spoke in German).
No warm water hand bath but everything done with mechanical tools, no cream nor oil applied.
Mask worn under the nose.
And not even basic politeness.
