I've been to this place multiple times and always enjoyed the massage. Today I had a really bad experience, the massage was terrible because they gave me the new masseuse who joined a month ago. After 40 minutes, I left the massage and asked the receptionist to book a new massage or offer a partial refund. The receptionist was so unhelpful and told me that it was my fault that I walked out. Really bad customer experience and I definitely won't be going back.
