Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent!
Leider wusste der Friseur nicht was, und vor Allem wie er arbeiten soll. Ich hatte online alles ausgewählt und bezahlt. Dies wusste der Friseur wohl nicht, denn ständig wurde ich gefragt, was ich noch haben möchte. *Soll ich mit Maschine rasieren oder Messer?; "Haare schneiden mit Schere oder Maschine?"; Die gebuchte Gesichtsmaske wurde nicht gemacht und auch im Preis nicht erstattet. Ich komme gerne wieder, aber dann bitte machen, was bezahlt wurde.

Very kind, polite and accomodating, especially the girl who seemed to be an intern. Although I got minimum 20 times the question if I want a drink😊 But my hairdresser unfortunately was not the most professional, not with a haircut, which was super basic, not also with his professionalism about that in his opinion I shouldnt have used the app, but call the salon instead so they do not loose the money. That was unacceptable for me as a new client as I felt uncomfortable.
