I've been a client of this salon for 2 years now and thought I'd found MY beauty salon (I already left great reviews in the beginning), but I think my recent visit will be the last. Since the change of owner (Johanna is greatly missed!) I don't feel comfortable in the studio at all. The employees still don't know who I am (even if I visit really often), every time I visit there is always a problem (either with the reservation, or with the payment, or I have to wait in spite of my reservation: things that have never happened to me before), the employees don’t make you comfortable (and we really feel that’s all about money). The quality of the service is still very good but I need to feel comfortable in a salon to go back, and this is not the case at all.

Ich war da heute das 3 mal da ich werd auf jeden Fall wieder kommen bin mit dem Studio sooo zu Frieden und es ist soooo schön hergerichtet man fühlt sich gleich wohlig dazu sind die Mitarbeiter sehr sympathisch und offen da fühle man sich garnicht eingeschüchtert. Sehr liebe Mitarbeiterin freue mich auf dich das nächste mal.
