- I have not received any questionnaires about my personal data (allergies, state of health, medication, etc.). - I have not received any information about the laser technology used or the care instructions after the treatment. - Although I was applied an anesthetice gel, the laser treatment was very intense and painful. - The employee who treated me was friendly, but overall the service seemed unprofessional.
