I was today there.
There was a Ukrainian nail artist who was not unable to speak English and German.
I had an appointment for French shellac nails and I said that I wanted long nails and I had paid for it.
She told me that she does not have time.
Her supervisor also came and she they only talked in their own language: Russiann together.
I came with simple nail polish home
I never fo back to them.
They are irresponsible, impolite and not professional.
