Christina is great and I'm happy with the very short massage I could receive so far. My only disappointment is that, there was no flexibility shown or help given to provide me a 30-minute-massage as booked, despite the fact that I've called the Spa on my way to the appointment to let them know that I was running late due to the heavy traffic and street closure to your location. I've ended up with a 10 minute massage and was told that there is no option of moving my appointment to another date or slot. It is frustrating.
