I‘ve been to this salon three times. The first visits were great, but each time my appointment was moved to a different person. Unfortunately, my last visit was very disappointing — no heat protection spray, no oil for the ends, and poor knowledge of proper hair-drying for women. The stylist seemed unmotivated and rushed. For someone with very sensitive hair, it’s important to have a stylist who understands the hair type and applies the right procedures. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
