I believe Karim is talented. What did not help us is the language. Post our initial comms via an English speaking colleague there was question and "discussion" around the length in which at some point I compromised. It was an emotional challenge for me. In the end, on whatever we did not disagree the result was good. If you are not speaking German, avoid an appointment with Karim. Sorry I do not know what other language he might speak.
