I booked at 10:00 days in advance, they moved my appointment twice at the last minute. I arrived and got no apology. I wait a lot. Rude and disrespectful. The work was sloppy: 30 minutes instead of 1 hour, uneven, smudged polish looked like a child did it. I booked shellac, they used gel without asking, 3 layers of colour, terrible result, really ugly finish. They didn't let me choose colours. UV lamp dirty. Zero manners. if you want to look professional, refund me for this disgraceful service.
