Very friendly, they offered me coffee and the guy tried to clarify all my doubts. I think he lacked experience for the price. I asked for highlights and he gave me blonde without any blending with the roots of my hair. I understand that it was difficult to get a platinum color but it is not the first time I bleached my hair and they always use a product to remove the golden tones. I would like to know if its possible to get some gold out of my hair, I can't stand the color I have right now.
