Die Behandlung als solches war gut. Allerdings wurde so grob gefeilt und meine Nägel sehr kurz abgeschnitten. Meine Nägel splitterten und es gab auch keinen Klarlack, lediglich ein Pflegeöl.

Apologies for having to speak in English, my German is not too great. When it comes to manicures and wellness treatment in general, the ambiance is very important. The location of MIVI Nagelstudio is in a centre, which is fine, but it is not secluded. So the glass is see through and every passerby would look in and see you getting a manicure or pedicure and that is very distracting. The door is also always open so the noise from outside is very "unsoothing." I think their work is great and they could make the experience much better if they were to make it a bit more private. I had a man walk in and stand over me while I was getting a pedicure because he wanted to see how it works. That wouldn't have been the case if they made the space a bit more private. Other than that, I think the ladies were friendly and did a good job with my manicure and pedicure. The price is also great.
