I present a picture to the nail artist. A very simple French design, which I had done in other nail salons a lot of times with no problems. I had to complain twice because the she decided to ignore the picture I showed her completely, maybe she got distracted by the private phone calls she made. French turned out ok-ish but sloppy and nothing like in the picture. My nails turned out VERY thick, and the shape is weird, I consider 33€ down the drain, since I will have to redo them somewhere else.
