I booked for a pedicure and paid on Treatwell. When I arrived and the pedicure was starting, another person (not the one working on my feet) said that because I was getting old nail polish off, I have to pay €5 extra. This applies whether it's shellac or regular nail polish. I said I didn't know this and they should've written it on the price list. Also I've had pedicures regularly in Berlin and this wasn't the case in any of the other nail salons. Also the pedicure wasn't good.
