Cozy and relaxing experience, the only issue was that there was quite a lot of water pooling around the shower area and pool, so the provided slippers got drenched almost immediately and entering the shower was slippery.
The sauna options were great and the setting was very relaxing, would go again!

Very disappointing There is usually a little massage with the facials in The Westin but today I was left on my own so long I thought I had been forgotten about! Also my chin was hardly recognised as being part of my face never mind my neck. Shame!

Ich hatte eine sehr positive Erfahrung mit dieser Masseurin in Frankfurt. Sie war professionell, freundlich und hat sofort für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Die schwedische Ganzkörpermassage war hervorragend und perfekt auf meine Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Sie ist sehr kompetent und talentiert. Ich habe mich danach entspannt und sehr wohl gefühlt. Klare Empfehlung!
