Unfortunately the face cleansing procedure didn’t correspond to my expectations at all. No special warming mask was used, just a warm towel instead, and as a result my pores were 90% as blocked as they were before the treatment. In addition, my entire face was covered by nail scratches. I was really upset as the price is quite high and I really like the place generally, but it all depends on the master I guess.
