Awful „spa“ environment. How can you make the back of your store into a „spa“ when the only barrier is a thin wall. The room itself is not cozy nor inviting whatsoever. Also, asking a guest to move to the other location that is 500m away in the middle of the appointment is highly unprofessional and badly organized, especially since I made sure to call ahead to ask that both treatments should happen in the same cabin
