My therapist advised me quite poorly: she did not analyse my skin or give advice, except for pricey product recommendations. Treatment was extremely basic: no attention to blackheads, ignored checking ears. She had announced to check my skin under a loupe but did not do it. Left the room 10min before the time was up. When I expressed my disappointment via email, I received a rather arrogant reply. My callback request has not been answered. Extremely disappointing from a high end salon!
