I was feeling sore, tense, and tired and booked spontaneously for a sports massage at the last minute. I left feeling relaxed and unwound, and my sports injuries felt much relieved. Alex was professional, kind, and paid attention to what my stiff back needed, and communicated clearly even though we were speaking German which is not a first language for either of us. I will go back, and I would recommend it!
