Mechtild hat nicht einfach darauf los massiert, sondern eine Art Anamnese durchgeführt vor der Massage - ich fand das sehr hilfreich auch um besser erklären zu können warum ich zur Massage gekommen bin. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt, die Massage war außerordentlich entspannend und die darauffolgenden Tage habe ich mich ebenfalls sehr gut gefühlt!

My pregnancy massage with Mechtild was a wonderful and relaxing experience that I can highly recommend for any mama-to-be. Mechtild took her time before the massage began with a pre-consultation, making sure she was aware of the typical 'problems' I had been experiencing. Being in the 32nd week, it was of course more comfortable to be only on my side but this took nothing away from a competent and professionally executed massage. The atmosphere of the praxis/massage room is very pleasant and Mechtild herself a relaxed and calming therapist. There was plenty of time after the one hour of massage as well to slowly 'come back to earth' (so to speak!) without a sense of being rushed and then a brief post-consultation. I went away feeling extremely relaxed, balanced and slept wonderfully for the first time in quite a while! My only regret is that I hadn't had a massage with Mechtild earlier on in my pregnancy - it is absolutely worth it!
