Awful experience.I just wanted to have a soft and natural baby highlights along easy contouring, and to cut a bit the ends. Nothing difficult. However what happened was absolutely absurd and unrealistic. The attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional and everything but customer oriented. The highlights were a mess. The atmosphere was very tense and they cut my hair almost 10 cm in the end. Nothing of what I have asked for. On top of it, they blamed me for lack of communication. Embarrassing.
