The experience was nice, but the different options for balayage on Treatwell compared to the website were confusing. Also the prices for a toner.

I had booked a balayage treatment at Maurice's salon. Upon my arrival I was told that my hair was too dark to do that (my bad, I thought, the risks of booking via Treatwell, without having met with the hairdresser before). I was proposed two different treatments: one for a pretty low price, the other one for four times that price (and I had already paid almost 60 euros at the moment of booking). When I asked if there were treatments for a prince range "inbetween" I was answered that the work has a value that needs to be paid, as if I had tried to insult the owner, whereas I had just asked a simple question. In the end I chose the cheaper treatment, and I walked out with a few reddish locks, something, imho, not worth the price, and most of all not what I had booked...
