I only wanted a nail polish change (on my hands) and regular polish on my toes both of which were not options to book online. I don't speak German so it's probably my fault but I kept asking for regular/normal polish for my toes and ultimately was forced to choose gel but later saw a lady getting a manicure with regular polish. I'm also not a fan on using a drill to remove shellac so I wish I had known or could have asked for a soak off since my nails are already thin
