I booked a pedicure/footscrub. I booked the appointment and paid in advance. I arrived before my appointment and was allowed to sit in the chair and relax before the staff member started the treatment. This time, I asked to use the toilet before sitting in the chair and was accommodated. It is helpful to have access before sitting for the treatment.
